Howard is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of fleet management. He has more than 30 years of experience with fleet fuel, operations, and finance. With a pragmatic and results-oriented approach, Howard leverages data-driven strategies to optimize fuel and freight costs, improve operational efficiency, and advance sustainability initiatives.

Before joining Breakthrough, Howard spent over 12 years at Sokolis, where he served as President for nearly six years. Howard holds a degree from Temple University.
